Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
